On Christmas Eve, the bear cubs want to be read a bedtime story. When asked which story they want to hear, they ask for the story of the first Christmas ever. So Papa reads them one of the most important stories in history.
This book is beautifully written and illustrated. It shouldn’t surprise me, every Berenstain Bears book I’ve ever read was incredible. I love how they told the story just the way it is written, and in a way that children can understand it. I think that it is important to instill in our children the true meaning of Christmas, and this book does just that. I recommend parents to read this to their children to show them, Christmas is more than Santa and gifts.
