Willie Out West by Rhonda Walker–Book Review

_240_360_Book_1008_coverWillie the walrus is bored. He’s tired of doing the same things every day, and wants some adventure. One day he turns on the TV and all that changes. He ends up in a town out west trying to save the town from an evil whale who is trying to take over.

I read this to my children and they loved it. In fact my toddler keeps asking me to read it again. It’s a cute story about a walrus who just wants a little adventure and escape from the mundane. I think children can relate to the story because they do get bored easily, If they just use their imagination, they can have adventures as well. I recommend this book for parents everywhere to read to their children.
